Hey, I'm Nathaniel, founder of Vita Talent.

I've spent the last 10 years in real estate, most of it running my own land business, Evergreen Land Investments. So I know exactly what it feels like to be the bottleneck in your own company.

I tried hiring the normal way. Post the job, dig through resumes, train someone for weeks, then lose them right when they got good. The ones who stuck around usually didn't understand land or real estate, so I was still doing the heavy lifting myself.

Do you only work with one type of real estate business?

No. We place talent across the whole industry: agents, teams, and brokerages, investors and wholesalers, property managers, and short term rental operators. Our operators are trained in real estate broadly, so we match the seat to your business on the call.

Where are your operators based?

Egypt, the Philippines, South Africa, and Latin America. Every operator works your US time zone, full overlap with your business hours. Most of our acquisition and ISA bench is in Egypt, where our training operation runs.

How good is their English?

It's the first gate in our 5 stage screen and the reason most applicants never make it past stage one. You'll hear every finalist on a live role play recording before you interview them. If the accent or fluency isn't there, they never reach your shortlist.

What does it cost?

We don’t publish rates because every seat is scoped to the role, the hours, and the experience level you need. Managed seats run a simple all-in hourly rate. Senior placements are one flat fee, paid only when you hire. No retainers, no setup fees, no subscriptions. You get the exact number for your role on the 20 minute discovery call.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

We replace them free inside 30 days on placements (up to 90 days on senior roles). No debates, no forms, no fees. On managed seats, replacement coverage runs for the life of the seat.

Who manages them day to day?

You do. They're your team member, in your CRM, on your standup. Vita handles everything around that: payroll, HR, equipment checks, and replacements on managed seats. Mo also checks in with you at day 30 after every placement.

How fast can I have someone working?

Shortlist of 3 to 5 finalists within 7 days of the discovery call. Most operators are working inside your business within 2 weeks of that first call.

Do they actually know land?

Yes. They're trained inside an active land investing operation before placement, and every operator attends our weekly sales and objection handling training for as long as they're in your seat. They know comps, county records, seller objections, and dispo before day one.

What tools do they already know?

GoHighLevel, Pebble, DealMachine, ReadyMode, Mojo, smrtPhone, Launch Control, and the usual stack around them. If you run something custom, they SOP it during onboarding.

Is my data safe?

Every operator signs an NDA before they see your systems, and we help you set up least access permissions in your CRM and phone stack during onboarding so nobody has more access than their role needs.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

Managed seats run a 6 month commitment. Placements are a one-time fee with the replacement guarantee. That's it. No auto-renewals and no lock-ins beyond that.
