Firefighter
Four years with East County Fire and Rescue in Clark County, WA. You learn to stay calm when everything is going wrong, and you learn that the crew is everything.
Lesson: the team is the business.
Founder and Operator
I build and operate three companies around land, talent, property development, investing, and the systems that keep every part moving. Prime Health Developments and Provision Financial Group sit together inside Summit Ventures.
Land · Talent · Development · Investing · Systems
Development and investing, land acquisition, and real estate recruiting. Each one runs on the same rule. Tell the truth about the work, show the proof, and make the next step useful.
Same company, three org charts. Pick a phase and watch the team grow from a founder, a COO, and two callers into a full acquisitions machine.

Every job before this one taught me something I still use every day. Here is the path, in order.

Three years in operating rooms, standing next to surgeons during live cases. Sell to experts by knowing the product cold and never wasting their time.
Lesson: earn trust with preparation.

I left sales to run the road for my wife Emily's music. We went out on Teddy Swims' first US tour, toured with Ziggy Alberts, and played shows with Allen Stone. Load in, sound check, settle up, drive overnight, repeat. Small crew, no room for excuses. We still tour today.
Lesson: logistics win or lose the night.

Between shows, I picked up tools. Tile, bathrooms, vanities, whatever paid. Every job taught me to bid right and show up on time.
Lesson: reputation compounds one job at a time.

I needed to stay on the road with Emily, so I got creative. I built out eight camper vans from bare frames and scaled them into an eight van rental fleet on Outdoorsy. The first was our own van, pictured with Emily. First time I bought an asset, added value with my own hands, and made it pay.
Lesson: value is built, not found.

Same playbook, bigger asset. Full gut renovations, fix and flips, and builds like Doncaster under Summit Ventures, including a 48.95% ROI gut rehab on Louella Avenue.
Lesson: systems beat hustle at scale.

Turned a single family house on 33rd Street into an assisted living facility and doubled its value, with an 86.57% ROI in six months. That work became Prime Health Developments.
Lesson: real estate is best when it serves people.

Evergreen Land Investments buys off market land. Vita Talent places the callers, acquisition reps, and operators that make businesses like mine run.
Every chapter taught me the same thing: you are only as good as your crew. Now I help operators build theirs.
