Bundle pricing applies to standard roles. Closers, leadership roles, and specialized roles use an individual quote.
Role pricing
Every role below shows its typical employee salary. Salary is paid directly to your hire and Vita never takes a cut of their pay. Monthly figures assume 40 hours a week. The final salary depends on experience, communication level, schedule, and technical requirements.
Closing roles, acquisitions and dispositions, usually also earn commission on closed deals. Choose a role category, then the candidate level that fits the work. Premium and Elite describe the candidate's experience and independence, not the importance of the role. Placement fees are paid once. Employee salary is separate.
