Most offshore staffing agencies hide their pricing behind a "request a quote" form. Then they put you through a 45 minute call before telling you a number. Then the number is usually worse than what they hinted at.
We don't do that. Here are the actual numbers. Written down. Public.
What you pay your operator (hourly).
This goes directly to the operator. Vita doesn't take a cut. You pay them through Wise or Deel.
- Cold caller / ISA: $4 to $6 per hour.
- Lead manager: $5 to $7 per hour.
- Acquisition manager: $6 to $9 per hour (often plus a small commission per closed deal).
- Dispositions specialist: $6 to $8 per hour.
- Comping / data analyst: $4 to $6 per hour.
The variability is based on country (Egypt and South Africa run slightly higher than Philippines), experience level, and the specific KPI targets you want.
What you pay Vita (one time).
A placement fee. Equivalent to roughly the first month of the operator's salary, paid once, when you accept the hire.
Example. You hire an acquisition manager at $7 an hour, full time. Their monthly cost to you is about $1,200. Our placement fee would be in that range, paid once on day one.
That's the only fee we charge. There is no monthly retainer. No subscription. No ongoing percentage cut of the operator's pay. We make our money on the placement, and then we make more money when you come back to hire a second operator.
The 30 day replacement guarantee.
If the placement doesn't work in the first 30 days, we replace them. No additional fee. No fight. You don't have to prove anything. If you say it's not working, we move on and start the next shortlist.
We've used this guarantee. Not often, but we've used it. Usually within the first two weeks, when it's obvious that something about the fit isn't right. Sometimes it's the operator. Sometimes it's the client management style. Sometimes it's just the role description didn't match the actual work.
The guarantee is in your favor whether the issue was ours or yours. If we got the fit wrong, we fix it.
What we don't charge for.
The discovery call (20 minutes with Mo). Free, no commitment.
The shortlist (3 candidates with intro Looms and work samples). Free if you don't hire from it.
The first 30 days of weekly check ins with your placement. Included.
The ongoing access to the Vita training vault for your operator. Included.
Monthly check ins with your operator after day 30. Included.
Replacement if the placement doesn't work in the first 30 days. Included.
Optional add on: unlimited replacement coverage.
For $200 a month per placement, you get unlimited replacement coverage past the first 30 days. If your operator ever quits or doesn't work out, we replace them at no additional placement fee, indefinitely.
Most clients don't need this. The 30 day guarantee plus our retention work covers almost every scenario. But if you want belt and suspenders, it's there.
How this compares to the alternatives.
Most US based VA agencies charge $15 to $25 per hour, billed through them. You pay the markup, they pay the operator. You never see the math.
Most offshore agencies charge $8 to $12 per hour, billed through them. Better than the US agencies but still a markup. The operator sees maybe half of what you pay.
Vita is structured so you pay the operator directly. Our incentive is to keep you happy and keep you hiring. Their incentive is to do good work because their pay is connected to the relationship with you, not to us.
When you do the math on a full year, the difference is usually $40,000 to $80,000 in your pocket versus what a US-billed agency would have cost you.
That's the pricing. Same as what's on the discovery call. Nothing changes when you talk to Mo. He'll just help you figure out which role to hire first, which country to pull from, and what KPI targets to set.
