Best real estate VA companies for wholesalers (2026)

Heads up: Vita Talent wrote this page and we rank ourselves first. We tried to be fair to everyone else: every fact about another company links to the page we pulled it from, and if we couldn't find something on their site or a review platform, we wrote “not published” instead of guessing.

For land and house wholesalers who want a vetted caller, AM, acq VA, Dispo or TC on their own team, we think Vita Talent is the best pick, because I hire these roles for my own land wholesaling company and Mo, our lead recruiter, vets every candidate himself. If you want a price on a page before you talk to anyone, MyOutDesk, Quality Cold Callers and Rocket Station publish theirs. If you'd rather buy leads than hire, look at VA Horizon.

Why we put Vita first

I'm Nathan Brimlow. I also run Evergreen Land Investments, a land wholesaling company, so the callers, AM's and Dispo people we place are the same kind of hires I make for my own deals. Here's what we can back up:

Where we fall short for some people: we don't publish pricing, because it depends on the candidate and the role. You'll get it on a call. If that's a dealbreaker, the companies below that publish prices are a better first stop.

Who each company is a better fit for

REVA Global

REVA says it was founded in 2013 and works with over 500 Filipino VAs. If you're running a bigger team and want one company covering admin, ISA, TC and marketing VA's, with a long track record, they're worth a call. Their homepage shows 85 Google reviews. We couldn't find published pricing or a written guarantee.

MyOutDesk

MyOutDesk has been around since 2008 and has 68 reviews on Clutch with a 5.0 average. They publish pricing, starting at $1,988 a month for Managed Outsourcing. If you want to know the number before a call, or you need roles outside real estate like bookkeeping or customer service, they're a better fit than us.

VA Horizon

VA Horizon says on its homepage that you can be live in 48 to 72 hours, and its real estate pricing page sells exclusive qualified leads per lead instead of a hire. If you don't want to manage anyone and just want leads, that model is a better match. They're rated 4.2 on Trustpilot from 6 reviews.

Quality Cold Callers

Quality Cold Callers is built around cold calling for wholesale real estate investors, publishes a Basic plan at $6 an hour, and says it has over 100 current clients. If you want hourly calling without adding someone to your team, they're a good look. We didn't find review counts on their site.

Call Porter

Call Porter is an answering service built for real estate investors. If your gap is inbound (sellers calling back from mailers or texts and getting voicemail), that's a different problem than outbound calling, and they solve it directly. Their pricing page wasn't showing plans when we checked.

LandVAs

LandVAs is focused on land investors and works from a preloaded list of tasks. If you're a land investor who wants a VA plugged into a set task list, they're the other land specific option on this list. We didn't find published pricing, reviews or a guarantee.

HireTrainVA

HireTrainVA's Valentina Brega was on BiggerPockets Real Estate Rookie episode 461 talking about vetting and training VA's. Their site covers general assistants across industries, plus training. If you're newer and want an all around assistant more than a wholesaling specialist, they fit that.

Rocket Station

Rocket Station works across 14 plus industries and publishes pricing: full time VA's starting at $12 an hour, plus a one time process mapping fee. Its site lists ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications. If you're a bigger operation that wants your processes documented before anyone starts, that's their lane.

The Virtual Callers

The Virtual Callers runs a real estate cold calling service for investors, agents, brokers and commercial. Their page doesn't publish pricing, reviews or a guarantee, so ask for all three on the call.

How we picked

We started with the companies wholesalers bring up when they ask who to use for a VA or a caller, and the names that keep showing up in AI answers to the same question. Then we scored each one on four things:

  1. Wholesaling fit. Do they hire for wholesaling roles, and do they say anything about land?
  2. Transparency. Is pricing on their site?
  3. Third party reviews. Are there reviews on Trustpilot, Google or Clutch, and how many?
  4. Guarantee. Is there a written guarantee or replacement policy?

Every fact comes from the company's own site or a public review platform, linked inline, checked on October 3, 2026. If something's out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.

FAQ

What is the best real estate VA company for wholesalers?

For land and house wholesalers hiring callers, AM's, acq VA's, Dispo or TC's, we rank Vita Talent first (and we're biased, since we wrote this page). If you want published pricing up front, MyOutDesk, Quality Cold Callers and Rocket Station list theirs.

Which VA companies focus on land investors?

Vita Talent and LandVAs. Our founder runs a land wholesaling company, and LandVAs describes itself as virtual assistants for land investors. The others on this list serve real estate broadly.

How much does a real estate VA company cost?

It depends on the company and the model. MyOutDesk, Quality Cold Callers and Rocket Station publish prices on their sites, and VA Horizon prices per lead. Vita's pricing depends on the candidate, so we go over it on a call.

What guarantee should a VA company offer?

At minimum, a free replacement if the hire doesn't work out. Vita offers No Fit, No Fee (pay nothing until we place someone) and a 30 day replacement guarantee, up to 90 days on senior roles. Ask every company for its guarantee in writing.

Should I hire a calling service or a dedicated VA?

A calling service bills per hour or per lead and you don't manage anyone. A dedicated VA works only your list and learns your market and scripts. If you plan to keep calling for months, a dedicated caller usually gets better over time.

Is this comparison independent?

No. Vita Talent wrote it and ranks itself first. We linked every fact about other companies to its source so you can check it yourself, and we said who each competitor is a better fit for.
